Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented for an entry-Level Interior Design Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will support and contribute to the seamless execution of design projects. This position offers flexibility in hours and is ideal for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in the luxury interior design industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Support: Assist with various project tasks, including research, material selection, and vendor coordination.

  • Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service to high-end clients by assisting with scheduling, communication, and updates on project progress.

  • Documentation: Prepare and organize project documentation, including design proposals, client briefs, and vendor contracts.

  • Design Assistance: Aid in the creation of design presentations, mood boards, and space plans.

  • Administrative Duties: Perform administrative tasks such as managing design samples, tracking inventory, and maintaining project files.

  • On-Site Assistance: Support on-site design installations and assist with any logistical or coordination needs during project execution.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous internship or experience in interior design is a plus but not required.

  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a customer-focused attitude.
